Client Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at (402)-472-2351 as soon as possible. If the PCC is closed, please leave a message indicating that you need to cancel your appointment. Clients are subject to being charged for sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
Inclement Weather Cancellations
If all UNL classes, campus operations, and offices are cancelled for inclement weather, the PCC will be closed as well. If it looks as though there will be bad weather the following day, the PCC will let all clients know during their reminder calls to watch the local news or call into the PCC after 9AM to see if we are closed.
