Annie is a fifth year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Training Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Annie earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University (Ohio) in 2010 and completed her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Dayton in 2012. 

Her current research interests lie in the area of interpersonal violence, with particular interest in trauma symptomatology among victims of child maltreatment and adult sexual assault. In her research, she examines the roles of both social factors and alcohol use in victims' posttraumatic recovery.
