Amanda Nelson is a junior Psychology major with a minor in Child, Youth, and Family Sciences. Currently, her role in the lab is coding data for Project Safe under Jessie Pogue's dissertation. Along with the Child Maltreatment Lab, she has also had research experience with Dr. David DiLillo's Trauma, Violence, and Abuse Lab. After Amanda graduates, she plans on continuing her education and earning her PhD in Educational Psychology, with hopes of working in an elementary school as a School Psychologist. In her free time Amanda enjoys dancing, hanging out with her family and friends, crafting, exercising, skiing, and playing with her pets.
