Katie Meidlinger, M.A.

Katie is currently a fourth year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Training Program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  Her research interests include the impact of trauma on child development and family functioning from a biopsychosocial perspective.  Katie’s clinical interests include working within a multi-disciplinary team to provide mental health consultation and direct services to families, victims of violence, and sexual minorities.

Katie graduated with a BA from University of Nebraska Lincoln as a Psychology major with a minor in Anthropology in 2012. Her research experiences during undergrad included pediatric health topics, developmental neuropsychology, and a lithics project utilizing neuropsychology perspectives.  The achievement from which she takes the most pride is her adorable two year old son.
