Graduate and undergraduate students are an integral part of the Pediatric Health Lab. Graduate students are admitted to the Clinical Psychology Training Program (CPTP) and engage in research under the mentorship of Dr. Nelson. If you are a prospective graduate student interested in applying to the CPTP and you have questions about the Pediatric Health Lab, please email Dr. Nelson at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Undergraduate students are accepted as volunteer research assistants at the discretion of Dr. Nelson based on fit with the lab and current opportunities. Minimum time commitment is typically 4 hours per week, though certain lab projects may require more or less. Selection for volunteer positions is competitive and, unfortunately, we cannot accept all interested students. If you are interested in applying for a research position in the lab, please contact Dr. Nelson or one of the graduate students in the lab or fill out the application below and send it to Dr. Nelson or one of the graduate students.
