Research Interests:
My program of study is centered upon researching sexual wellbeing from a multi-faceted approach considering evolutionary influences, life experiences, and motivational factors. Currently, my research investigates the contextual factors that shape women’s sexual wellbeing including sexual trauma, sexual pain and functioning, and substance use with sexual activity.
Quantitative Expertise:
My quantitative expertise includes the following techniques: T-tests, ANOVAs, correlation and regression, mediation, moderation, structural equation modeling, and observational methods (e.g., coding and reliability estimates). I also have familiarity with multilevel modeling for nested data. My expertise primarily comes from application to cross-sectional and experimental research, but I have also received extensive course training in application to non-experimental data. I am most proficient in R and SPSS, but also have proficiency in MPlus, HLM, and G*Power.
I can also aid in course planning and have taken the below classes:
- Multilevel Modeling (PSYC 944)
- Structural Equation Modeling (PSYC 948)
- Data Science and Visualization in R (PSYC 971)
