Graduate Training in Quantitative Methods

About Us

The Department of Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln provides instruction and consultation in quantitative methods as part of our graduate training program. Our curriculum includes courses, seminars, and workshops covering foundational quantitative methods along with cutting edge techniques for pursuing psychological science. Several faculty across the department provide course instruction and consultation in a range of models and techniques. If desired, psychology graduate students can pursue a concentration in quantitative methods to document training and prepare for careers that require expertise in data analysis. Psychology graduate students can further their quantitative training through department and university events, teaching assistantships, and participation in the department Quant Club. Core to our training mission is an inclusive, accessible, and practical approach to teaching quantitative methods.
