The University of Nebraska–Lincoln's Clinical Psychology Training Program (CPTP) is co-hosting Arthur Evans, CEO of the American Psychological Association (APA), on September 15. Evans will tour campus, including the Center for Brain, Biology, and Behavior (CB3) and will present to and connect with members of the Nebraska Psychological Association (NPA) at a town hall and reception starting at 4:00 p.m. The event will be open to the public at 5:30 p.m.

With more than 146,000 members, the APA is the world's largest association dedicated to the field of psychology. This year is the 75th anniversary of APA accreditation for the CPTP.

The NPA, an affiliate of the APA, is co-hosting the visit. Organized in 1951, it is the only statewide organization dedicated to the interests of psychologists and psychology across Nebraska.
