PFLAG

PFLAG is a national group that promotes the health and well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through inclusive community events, support to cope with an adverse society, education to enlighten an ill-informed public, and advocacy to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights.

Local chapters include: PFLAG Lincoln, PFLAG Omaha, PFLAG Grand Island, PFLAG Hastings, and PFLAG Kearney

OUTNEBRASKA

OutNebraska is a Lincoln based non-profit organization empowering and celebrating thriving LGBTQ+ communities with inclusive events, support, and advocacy.

Rainbow Clinic

TGD-affirmative mental health services are available through the Rainbow Clinic at UNL's Psychological Consultation Center (PCC). The Rainbow Clinic is directed by Dr. Hope. Therapy sessions are $25 per session and a fee reduction is available based on household income. Call the PCC at 402-472-2351 to learn more.

Planned Parenthood Lincoln

Planned Parenthood Lincoln is an inclusive resource offering services to the LGBTQ+ community, with or without insurance.

OneWorld Community Health Centers

OneWorld provides a range of services in health care, dentistry and behavioral health, focusing on meeting the primary health care needs of the community. OneWorld maintains an open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual’s income, insurance coverage, without differentiation or consideration of race, sex, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status or ability to pay.
