Ashley Votruba (faculty member, Department of Psychology, University of Nebraska–Lincoln), Lisa PytlikZillig (Nebraska Public Policy Center and UNL alumna), and Abigail Herzfeld (Law-Psychology graduate student) received the Best Paper Award from the Journal of Trust Research, where it is published.
The paper, available online, is titled "How does trust in multiple trustees influence disclosure of workplace conflict? Testing the Perceived Influence model of Trust." Additional coauthors are Michelle Fleig-Palmer (South Dakota State University), Jooho Lee (University of Nebraska Omaha), and Mariska Kappmeier (University of Otago, New Zealand).
The award was announced at the 2025 First International Network on Trust (FINT) meeting in Genoa, Italy.
