Undergraduate psychology major Elizabeth Isaacson was named a Chancellor's Scholar, the highest academic award the university offers, and will be recognized at the December 2019 Commencement ceremony. She is one of only 11 students to have earned an A in every undergraduate class.
Isaacson is a research assistant in the Department of Psychology's Family Development Lab with Rebecca Brock. She also assists Michael Dodd and Kathy Chiou in an Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience (UCARE) project analyzing selective memory and metacognition in healthy and Traumatic Brain Injury populations. She is also a teaching assistant who instructs, mentors, and assesses students.
